DT Spotlight - Karla

Hey there friends! Karla here today with a cute Thank You card using the Sushi Buddies Kitty Bee Designs stamp. After I printed these cuties onto white cardstock I used Prismacolor and Hobby Colour Markers, both alcohol based, to colour them. I popped the image up with foam dots to give it some dimension.

On my card, I used some pretty Pink Paislee paper with some sushi themed diecuts and blinged it up with some Stickles and sequins. For more details visit my blog post here.

Have an awesome day!

DT Spotlight - Cely

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Cely of Hawaii Paper Party!

Aloha Kitty Bee Fans! Cely here with my April Spotlight post!  I'm using the image called Maki Sushi!

I inked it up with copics and cut them out. The paper is some leftovers from My Paper Pumpkin kit! Cardstock pieces and black twine are from my scrap.

Hope you enjoyed my spotlight post! If you'd like to see more of my work, visit my page at hawaiipaperparty.blogspot.com.

This is such a cute card!  Love that black and white triangle paper too!!  Make sure you swing by Cely's blog and say hello!!

DT Spotlight - Leanne

Today's spotlight is from Leanne of  Finding my Groove!

Hello Kitty Bee Designs friends & family!

Leanne here to start off March with a quick spotlight post.  I'm excited to share the above card featuring a few images from our Etsy store.  I have several friends I could send this card to but there is one in particular I think would get a kick out of receiving it.  We've been talking about having sushi and what better way to seal the deal than to send a personal kawaii invite?

On this card I used the following KBD stamps: Sushi buddies & Shoyu & wasabi buddies (minus the kawaii faces).  All can be purchased in the Etsy store.  Also used: a Cuttlebug embossing folder for an Asian feel backdrop and free-hand cut the chopsticks, and the "plates".  All colored with Copics.

I hope you enjoyed my share.  Have a terrific Monday and a fabulous March!

Super cute!!  Love those cute faces!!  Makes me a little hungry too!!  Make sure you swing by Leanne's blog and see what else she's up to!!

DT Spotlight - Mari

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Mari of Me and My Crazy Family!

I had so much fun with this card- but I didn't realize that Sushi rolls would be so hard to color! It took me a while to get them the right color. I love the sentiment I added here- but I can't take credit for it, I googled "Sushi puns" and this was my favorite.

Mari this is just adorable!  I have never tried to color sushi... it sounds like a lot of work!  Make sure you swing by Mari's blog and see more of her crafty goodies!!
