DT Spotlight - Marcia

Hello all, Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy.  My sweet little family has been seriously afflicted with these respiratory viruses around.  So, when it came time to create my Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight blog this month, I instantly saw the cutie Ramen Kitty eating, well, chicken noodle soup.

 

I colored up that sick little guy with Copic markers, making sure to add a nice flush to his cheeks and lightly on his nose, then layered a piece of torn cardstock over my clean card base.  The medicine bottles were stamped in grey and both the bottles and sentiment are from My Favorite Things.  My family is finally recovering, and I hope you and yours remain healthy too!

DT Spotlight- EK

Hey everyone!  It's EK from ekgorman designs and I'm so excited to be popping in today to share a project I created using Kitty Bee Designs digital stamp Coffee or Tea Please Panda.  I think this is just the sweetest image and it is perfect for all kinds of different types of cards, and today I am using it to make a non traditional valentine for a coffee loving friend of mine.

Happy Tuesday!  Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy with my first Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight post of the the year.  I'm sharing a Valentine using Post It Notes Panda.

I merely created several layers with papers in my stash, spotlighting the "I (heart) you" sentiment in the patterned paper on the upper right of the card front.  There is still plenty of time to get some Valentines made this year!

DT Spotlight - Marcia

Hello!  Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy sharing my monthly Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight post using this adorable Winter Mitts Panda.

I added soft blue to his hat, scarf, and mittens, keeping the colors soft and cool.  Since I am amassing a pile of holiday cards, I thought a tag would be fun.  Nuvo drops in light blue were dotted on the background, adding extra snowflakes and dimension.  While you can't see in this photo, shimmer pen was brushed onto the holly berries, the fluff of his hat, and on the snowy ground.  A festive addition to any gift this holiday!  Until next time, stay warm and cozy!  xo

DT Spotlight - Marcia

Happy Tuesday!  This is Marcia bringing you some fun inspiration using the adorable Unicorn Panda digital stamp from Kitty Bee Designs.

I thought it would be fun to use bold rainbow colors with this sassy panda.  I also flipped the image so her tail would be on the right side.  I colored her with Copic markers and added some twinkle to her wings and horn with my sparkle brush pen.

Isn't she ready for a magically good time!  My daughters would love to run around like this too!  She would be perfect for Halloween cards and treats too!  Until next time, loves.. xo

Happy Forth Of July to all our American Friends

I thought it might be fun today to play around with some fireworks, and then I remembered that my furry little pup would spend the night hiding from all the big bangs.  So instead of lighting up the real thing, I just pulled out my copics and created my own pet friendly fireworks.

To create this card I pulled out the Kitty Bee Designs digital image Peek a Boo Pup.  In fact, this sweet little pup is exactly what my little pup will look like tonight.

DT Spotlight- EK

Hey Everyone!!!  Are you ready for Summer?  We certainly are here.  

My kiddos are in count down for the last two weeks of school, so needless to say all we want is some quiet time on a beach.  In that spirit, I created this card for my daughter who is wrapping up testing, just too remind her that summer is just around the corner.

I pulled out Kitty Bee Designs Hot Coconut Summer and colored it with my copics.

Hello Crafty People!  Ek here from ekgorman designs, and I am bringing a slightly different card (for me) to the blog today.

Normally, I color my backgrounds with my markers or colored pencils, but today, I am playing with some oxides along with the super cute digi Emilee the Elephant.

I colored Emilee today with my copics, and then layered Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, and Seedless Preserves Distressed Oxides.

Hello friends!  EK here from ekgorman designs  I am coming in today to share a card I made using (gasp) both colored pencils and alcohol markers.

For this card, I used the oh so cut Super Star Bunny digi stamp from the Kitty Bee Designs Shop.  For the Bunny, I colored him (or her) in with some colored pencils.  The background got colored in with my copic markers.

With Halloween Just around the corner, I wanted to take a moment share share a fun Halloween card using one of the Kitty Bee Designs digital stamp.
