DT Spotlight - Marcia

Happy Tuesday!  Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy with my monthly Kitty Bee Designs spotlight post, using Smile! Panda.  I wanted to use sunny colors for his shirt and camera, adding a nice ombre blue background (hello complementary colors!).  For even more interest, I spritzed on Altenew's Iridescent Shimmer Ink Spray and used a white gel pen to fill in the word "FAVORITE".

 

Sentiments are both from Ink Road Stamps--top stamped in Catherine Pooler gray, bottom in VersaFine Onyx Black.

DT Spotlight - Marcia

Hello all, Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy.  My sweet little family has been seriously afflicted with these respiratory viruses around.  So, when it came time to create my Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight blog this month, I instantly saw the cutie Ramen Kitty eating, well, chicken noodle soup.

 

I colored up that sick little guy with Copic markers, making sure to add a nice flush to his cheeks and lightly on his nose, then layered a piece of torn cardstock over my clean card base.  The medicine bottles were stamped in grey and both the bottles and sentiment are from My Favorite Things.  My family is finally recovering, and I hope you and yours remain healthy too!

Happy Tuesday!  Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy with my first Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight post of the the year.  I'm sharing a Valentine using Post It Notes Panda.

I merely created several layers with papers in my stash, spotlighting the "I (heart) you" sentiment in the patterned paper on the upper right of the card front.  There is still plenty of time to get some Valentines made this year!

DT Spotlight - Marcia

Hello!  Marcia here from The Frolicking Fairy sharing my monthly Kitty Bee Designs Spotlight post using this adorable Winter Mitts Panda.

I added soft blue to his hat, scarf, and mittens, keeping the colors soft and cool.  Since I am amassing a pile of holiday cards, I thought a tag would be fun.  Nuvo drops in light blue were dotted on the background, adding extra snowflakes and dimension.  While you can't see in this photo, shimmer pen was brushed onto the holly berries, the fluff of his hat, and on the snowy ground.  A festive addition to any gift this holiday!  Until next time, stay warm and cozy!  xo

DT Spotlight - Marcia

Hello all!  Marcia with The Frolicking Fairy here to share a fun, bold CAS card using Kitty Bee Designs digital image Writing with Love Panda.  I printed him out a bit smaller, knowing I wanted a large, bold script sentiment on the card front.  I colored him with Copic markers and fussy cut him out.

I found the "hello" in my stash and stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black ink, adding the "A heartfelt" sentiment strip in black just above the large script.  I lightly blended Spun Sugar distress ink from the bottom, creating a very soft ombre look.  Our sweet panda was added to the lower right to finish the card.  Thanks for joining me today!  Until next time, stay sweet!  xo

Happy Tuesday!  This is Marcia bringing you some fun inspiration using the adorable Unicorn Panda digital stamp from Kitty Bee Designs.

I thought it would be fun to use bold rainbow colors with this sassy panda.  I also flipped the image so her tail would be on the right side.  I colored her with Copic markers and added some twinkle to her wings and horn with my sparkle brush pen.

Isn't she ready for a magically good time!  My daughters would love to run around like this too!  She would be perfect for Halloween cards and treats too!  Until next time, loves.. xo
